Paula Mendes

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communication – Journalism in Rio de Janeiro University Gama Filho.

Her rich background in dance includes Classical Ballet, Jazz, Folkloric Dance, and Ballroom Dance, with training from the renowned Escola Carlinhos de Jesus.

She is the CEO of Paula Mendes Dance, and Team Leader for Group Exercise at SATS Sport Club.

A passionate and dynamic educator, Paula has been a licensed ZIN™ Member since 2010 and a Zumba® Jammer (ZJ™) since 2012, sharing her choreography and energy with instructors across the world.

In addition, Paula is a certified Pilates Coach since 2020, bringing a strong understanding of body awareness and movement quality to her classes and coaching.
